Dr. Suzanne Feinstein has a Ph.D. in Clinical-Health Psychology from Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University on Albert Einstein College of Medicine Campus. She earned her undergraduate degree from Columbia University and received her graduate clinical and research training at New York State Psychiatric Institute at Columbia University Medical Center. She has various articles published in empirical journals as well as book chapters highlighting her areas of expertise. Dr. Feinstein has extensive training in the use of cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for Obsessive Compulsive and Panic Disorder, Hypochondriasis, Generalized Anxiety and Social Anxiety Disorder, Fears, Phobias, Depression, Trichotillomania (Hair Pulling Disorder), Compulsive Skin Picking and Nail Biting, Body Dysmorphic and Binge Eating Disorder.
Dr. Ori Shinar received a Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from Yeshiva University (Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology) on the Albert Einstein College of Medicine Campus. He received his undergraduate degree at University of California, Irvine and received his graduate clinical training at North Shore- Long Island Jewish Schneiders Children’s Hospital and Cornell Cognitive Therapy Clinic at Weill Cornell Medical College in Manhattan.
Dr. Shinar has publications in a variety of professional journals and appeared as a guest on The Dr. Oz Show. He specializes in the use of Cognitive Behavior Therapy for Social Anxiety, Specific Phobias, Panic Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors like hair pulling (trichotillomania), skin picking and nail biting.
